14 Feb C-Shack Scores Full 10/10 from Food and More!

On the 13th of February 2024, the digitally renowned food service excellence program Food and More announced that C Shack had achieved a full score across the board after asking its 12,000 Facebook followers to rate us.  We were scored on service, dining, location, ambience, and cleanliness. The post reads:

Why C Shack Scored 10/10 as one of Overberg’s Top Restaurants for Food and Service Excellence

We were overjoyed, but not surprised when we heard we had scored a full 10. We knew our community of friends at C-Shack would have our back. Here’s how we knew we would get our 10/10 rating.

Location in Kleinmond

Thanks to our gorgeous location in the heart of Kleinmond on the Hangerklip coastline, our C Shack diners and friends get to enjoy stunning views over the ocean and Overberg coastline. We understand the power of sipping a hot coffee while listening to the crash of the Arctic waves.

Ambience and good vibes

There’s nothing quite like sipping a beer, glass of wine, or milkshake while listening to live music with friends (remember the time Dewald Dippenaar was here?) Think of the sound of the Saturday morning bustle when C Shack opens for breakfast, the smell of cheese toasties mingling with the sea breeze. Even sipping bottomless coffee in C Shack’s soft morning light has something magical to it.

Best service in town

If our waitrons aren’t friendly and kind, we don’t hire them. Simple as that. Of course, we do our best to look for waiters and waitresses with a sense of humor, appreciation for children, and who are locals–knowledgeable about Kleinmond, the Overberg, our culture and cuisine, and of course, C Shack! As servers and entertainers, we take pride in creating joyful and memorable moments for our diners.

Local and high-quality food

As South Africans, we’ve come to expect excellence from our food and dining experience. That’s why C Shack only uses the freshest ingredients stocked by locals. We have an increasingly diverse menu. We serve everything from pizza to prawns, as well as kids’ food. (Hint: we also have the best messy shakes in town.)
